Holiday Club (available for children from any school aged 3-11 years)

At Kingmoor Nursery and Infant School we can offer parents the choice of using our Holiday Club which runs during mostly all of the school holidays.  Parents can select morning session 7.45am-1pm, afternoon session 1pm-6.00pm or all day.

The staff plan various fun activities for the children throughout the week and also make trips to the local park and woodland walks etc.  Parents should note that if your child is staying all day they should come with a packed lunch.  Snacks and drinks are provided also throughout the day. 

This club is available to children from the age of 3 - 11 years old and they do not need to attend Kingmoor N&I School or Kingmoor Junior School as we accept children from anywhere in Carlisle. 

Parents can drop their child at our Holiday Club space situated to the right of the main reception area.  

To book for this club is easy.  Contact the school office 01228 558892 to register your child.  You will then receive a passcode to your mobile telephone which will enable you to access the online booking system. Bookings must be made or cancelled by 12 noon for the following week's holiday club as the registers then close. 

Any cancelled sessions after this time cannot be refunded.

Late Fees - Holiday Club operate until 6.00pm - late pick up is £15.00.

PARENTS SHOULD NOTE THAT LUNCH IS NOT INCLUDED AND CHILDREN SHOULD COME WITH PACKED LUNCH.

We are a NUT FREE school so we ask that parents check the contents of their child's packed lunch to ensure that nut products are not included. Thank you. 

PLEASE NOTE: In line with the considerable increases in utility costs and staffing, we have taken the decision to increase charges. This is the first increase in several years.

From July 2026 Holiday Club charges will be:

£20 for a half day (7.45–1:00pm or 1:00pm–6pm) and £40 for a full day. There is a small reduction for children who attend Kingmoor Nursery and Infant School.
