Meet the ambassadors 2023

Prism Arts charity fundraising

During Arts Week the school ambassadors wanted to support a local charity.

Emma from Prism Arts got in touch and we thought this was the perfect opportunity to support adults with disabilities in the Carlisle area. Prism Arts relies on donations to make their charitable work a success.

We held a competition to raise money, we were so pleased by the support from our school community and have raised £150! We are thrilled to be able to donate this money to such a worthy charity.

We know parking can be difficult and sometimes we are in a rush but please park safely and respectfully!

King Charles III Coronation - Our Year 2 ambassadors decorated the trees in Lowry Hill with the crowns the children in EYFS made. They look fabulous!

To promote our understanding of global learning we held a poster competition to help remind everyone in school to recycle the paper waste.

We were thrilled with the entries and it was difficult to choose the winners

Well done to all children and don't forget to recycle! ♻️

Recycling bin - Red Sky Foundation - We have launched our new recyling bin which is open for all the school community to use - its located in the car park near the bike racks

The ambassadors held a drawing competition and were so impressed with the entries. They were tasked with the tricky job of judging it and were all fair and complimentary of the children's work.

These were the winning pictures - well done everyone yes
